China Foreign Post Offices Russian Post Office 1911 (23 Aug.) part of parcel label to Germany printed "tea sample of no value/From westphal, king & ramsey, lts./hankow", straight-line handstamp in violet "Via peking & siberia", bearing Kitai 1910-16 1k. and 7k. tied by a fine strike of "hankow poste russe" code "a" c.d.s. with a second strike alongside; some creasing to be expected from such a parcel, otherwise fine and attractive (some trivial tone spotting on reverse).
