Victoria, 1892 New Design with ´NOT NEGOTIABLE´ added and new text, an order for one shilling, no. A/24 789111, blue and black, datestamped ´Overton/ Hants 1 SP/92´ probably kept by Portals as a specimen as this is their local Post Office, with another without black text and denomination but watermarked for 20 shillings, removed from a sheet of 10 (see lot 625), in original envelope annotated ´2 Postal orders. One with "not negotiable" printed for first time. 1892´, good very fine and extremely fine. (2)
