A trial sheet of machine made watermarked paper for the new issue of postal orders, 1886, each for 20 shillings, produced and submitted by Portals and approved by the Post office in January 1886, the sheet is for 8 Orders and replaces the hand made paper of the first issue of 1881, contained in original envelope, folds but very fine to extremely fine.
