Belgium1870 (14 Nov.-16 Dec.), seven "french peasant relief fund " envelopes with enclosures (three printed, the others endorsed Societe de secour aux Paysans Francaise) to the same addressee in England, 30c. frankings, made two ways, with "48" in dots cancellations of Bouillon, a variety of transit markings on reverse, mixed condition but an interesting group of letters from the Franco-Prussian War period
