IraqIssues for BaghdadBritish Occupation1917 (1 Sept.) predominately mint selection comprising Pictorial ¼a. on 2a. claret; Postal Jubilee stamps 1a. on 20pa. blue, perf. 13½ (defective) unused; Stamps overprinted with six-pointed Star and Arabic date ½a. on 10pa. green, 2a. on 1pa. blue (2); and Stamps with similar overprint but date between Star and Crescent ½a. on 10pa. grey-green, ½a. on 10pa. carmine, perf. 12½ (2), 1a. on 20pa. rose, and 1a. on 10pa. on 20pa. claret (2, one used, defective).
