India1854 (29 June) entire letter from Calcutta to Port St. Mary Mallorca, missent to the Isle of Man with undated double ring "port st. mary" and blue "douglas" datestamp of 15 Aug., returned to London with red framed "Returned for/4/- Postage" and with manuscript "not for Port St. Mary" and "Not for Isle of Man, Try Spain", a variety of other markings, some light staining but otherwise fine and a much travelled and interesting entire.
