The "Seahorse" Issues 1913 Waterlow Bros. & Layton Two Shillings and Six Pence Specimen and Cancelled Stamps 2/6d. deep sepia-brown, 5/- rose-carmine, 10/- indigo-blue and £1 green, each overprinted "specimen" (Type 26) and additionally diagonally handstamped "colonias" in violet, some small faults, otherwise fine with gum. Each with R.P.S. Certificate (1978) stating "Genuine - Status unknown" Estimate £ 2,000-2,500 provenance: H. Shaida, April 1993
