The Profile Head 1912-24 Watermark Royal Cypher Two Pence Halfpenny Cancelled and Specimen Stamps 2 1/2d. blue, a marginal imperforate interpanneau block of forty-eight being the bottom two rows of a sheet with large part original gum, the right sheet showing "J 17" control, each overprinted "cancelled" (Type 24), taken from a special printing of two sheets printed se-tenant; the left sheet marked in the selvedge "New Plate" and the right marked "73000 impressions taken from this plate"; some creases and folds etc as to be expected with a piece of this nature.
