Prince Edward Island Sixth Issue Covers 1873 (5 May) envelope from Rustico to Caoe Ball N.B., bearing perf 12 1/4 4c. deep green paying the single letter rate to New Brunswick, tied by 4-ring target and showing "rustico/p.e.i." c.d.s. (Type P68) alongside with Charlotte Town transit datestamp on reverse; the envelope a little truncated at right. The only recorded use of this datestamp.
