Prince Edward Island Sixth Issue Covers 1873 (4 Feb.) envelope from Montague Bridge to Boston, bearing perf 12 1/4 6c. black paying the single letter rate to USA, cancelled by 4-ring target (Type P121) and tie by cork "triangle" (Type P128) in transit at Charlotte Town, showing "montague bridge/p.e.i." c.d.s. (Type p63) alongside and, on reverse, Charlotte Town transit d.s.; th6c. crossed by light crease and the envelope with some faults. Rare, only four examples of this town handstamp are recorded.
