Prince Edward Island Fifth Issue Cover 1870 (25 July) envelope to London, bearing 4 1/2d. yellow-brown paying the new single letter rate to U.K., tied by barred numeral 213" and showing Type P8 c.d.s. alongside and showing manuscript "17" accountancy mark in purple; the envelope a little soiled and with two pinholes at upper left.
