Prince Edward Island Fourth Issue 1869 (Early) Printing on Off White/Ivory Toned Paper, Perf. 11 3/4 Covers 1870 (8 Apr.) envelope from St. Eleanors to Charlotte Town, bearing 4d. black bisected diagonally paying the inland single letter rate, neatly tied by red 10 bar oval and overstruck by arrival 8 bar oval, showing legible "st eleanors" double-arc d.s. in red alongside and arrival datestamp on reverse; the envelope a little soiled and creased.
