Prince Edward Island Third Issue 1870 (Late) Printing, White Paper, Perf 11 3/4 Stamps 3d. blue, a complete mint sheet of thirty (5x6) with fifth vertical row imperforate resulting in six imperforate between pairs, a few with apparent slight thinning to paper prior to gumming (not affecting the varieties), otherwise fresh and fine mint.
