Prince Edward Island Third Issue 1869 (Spring) Printing, Off White Paper, Perf 11 1/4 (machine B1) Covers 1871 (4 Sept.) printed circular from Charlotte Town to Montagu Bridge, bearing 1d. orange-yellow clearly tied by Charlotte Town ring duplex (Type P83 Type I).
