Prince Edward Island Third Issue 1869 (Spring) Printing, Off White Paper, Perf 11 1/4 (machine 1B) Cover 1869 (25 May) envelope from Charlotte Town to George Town, bearing 2d. rose perf 11 1/4 all round paying the inland single letter rate, cancelled by heavy 8 bar oval, showing Type P6 datestamp at lower left with, on reverse, Type P47 arrival datestamp; the adhesive with light crease.
