Prince Edward Island Third Issue 1862 (November) Printing, Yellowish Toned Paper, Perf 11 1/2-12 Covers 1868 (12 Aug.) envelope from Charlotte Town to Liverpool, bearing 9d. reddish mauve pair paying the double letter rate to U.K., clearly tied by barred numeral "13", showing Type P6 datestamp alongside and "paid/liverpool/br. packet" arrival c.d.s.
