Prince Edward Island Third Issue 1862 (November) Printing, Yellowish Toned Paper, Perf 11 1/2-12 Covers 1865 (8 Nov.) blue entire from Charlotte Town to St. John´s, bearing 3d. blue pair (right stamp compound perf 11 1/2x11x11 1/2x11 1/2) and single paying the single letter rate to Newfoundland, all cancelled by 8 bar oval, showing red crayon "4" and, on reverse, Type P5 and arrival (13.11) datestamps; the envelope with central vertical crease.
