"on board U.S. Ship Comodore" at Charleston Mass., bearing 6d. yellow-green paying the single letter rate to USA, cancelled by 14 bar oval, showing unframed "not/called/for" h.s. and, on reverse, Type P5 and Charleston (16.1) datestamps and framed "received/jul 29/at..(?); the envelope a little soiled and the 6d. with pulled perf at lower right.
