Prince Edward Island Second Issue 1862 Perforation 11 Covers 1865 (29 June) locally addressed envelope bearing 1d. brown-orange (pulled perf at left and crease at right) paying the Town letter rate, clearly tied by barred numeral "13" and showing, on reverse, Type P5 datestamp.
