Prince Edward Island Second Issue 1862 Perforation 11 Covers 1863 (4 Dec.) envelope from Charlotte Town to Somerset, bearing 9d. bluish lilac prepaying the single letter rate to U.K., clearly tied by 10 bar oval and showing, on reverse, Type P7 despatch and Wellington (21.12) arrival datestamps; the envelope a little truncated at left and creased.
