Perforation 9 Covers 1862 (16 Dec.) envelope (faults) from Belfast to Charlotte Town, bearing 2d. rose Die II paying the single internal letter rate, cancelled by Belfast 10 bar oval in red and tied by arrival 8 bar oval and showing, on reverse, just legible despatch and arrival datestamps.
