Perforation 9 Covers 1862 (25 Sept.) envelope from Charlotte Town to Lot 19 Prince County, bearing two 2d. rose paying double internal letter rate, clearly tied by 8 bar oval and showing, on reverse, Type P7 datestamp; the envelope a little soiled and with two pressed creases.
