Prince Edward Island Early Letters and Handstamps Mail from Maritime and Other Provinces 1846 (9 June) entire letter from Miramichi, New Brunswick, to Charlotte Town, rated "4 1/2" and showing a good to fine strike of rare "Prince Edward Island/ship letter" h.s. (Type P112) with Type P5 arrival d.s. (12.6) on reverse; the entire a little soiled and with some small faults. Only three examples of this handstamp are recorded.
