Prince Edward Island Early Letters and Handstamps Mail from Great Britain 1851 (23 May) envelope from St. Andrews to Charlotte Town, rated "1/-", bearing imperf 1d. red (applied as late fee payable after the closing of the mail), showing circular-framed "1s/1 1/2d Cy" (Type P109) and, on reverse, despatch, Edinburgh, Liverpool and "prince edward island" (Type P5) of 12 June datestamps.
