Prince Edward Island Early Letters and Handstamps Mail to Great Britain 1859 (17 Sept.) envelope registered to London, showing red crayon "Reg 6, 4/10", light "charlotte town/paid/p.e.i." datestamp (Type P24), "Crown/registered" and Registered London datestamps in red and, on reverse, "prince edward island" datestamp (Type P5) and red arrival c.d.s.; the envelope slightly discoloured at top and with top half of flap cut away.
