Prince Edward Island Early Letters and Handstamps Mail to Great Britain 1852 (28 July) envelope to Basingstoke, headed "From T.B. Netherclift Painter H.M.S. Devastation", countersigned by Commanding Officer, bearing GB imperf 1d. red cancelled "466", showing "pkt. letter/liverpool" d.s. in red (16.8), blue arrival c.d.s. and, on reverse, "prince edward island" datestamp (Type P5).
