x Great Britain 1840 Two Pence Blue Plate 2 EB-EG, horizontal strip of six, good to large margins all round, tied by black Maltese Cross cancellations and Boston arrival datestamps on entire letter dated 3 May 1841, from Belfast addressed to "Gold Mine Lexington Davidson County North Carolina", Belfast datestamp (3.5) on reverse, red Boston/Ship arrival (2.6) on front; EB and EG with repairs, nevertheless a most attractive and rare entire.
