Plate III, IG with margins all round, placed to the left of Britannia (contrary to regulations), addressed to London, most unusually by means of a printed label, which is tied by a double ring "torquay" c.d.s. on 27 Nov. 1840 and with London arrival (28/11) on reverse, despite some minor imperfections, a rare and attractive uprated Mulready envelope.
