Great Britain 1840 Mulready One Penny Letter Sheets A57, "hallett´s postage advertiser" No. 1 of June 17, 1840 (MA14a), addressed to Northampton, uprated by "1" in manuscript, without Maltese Cross cancellation but with two "paid/ls/25jy2/1840" Maltese Cross datestamps on the front (one slightly unclear), without arrival datestamp; some glue marks on reverse and some strengthened splits along the folds, fine and rare.
