Great Britain Postal History A Selection of Poignant Entires and Letters 1687 (13 Oct.) an extraordinary miniature love entire letter addressed "To ye honoured Mdam Elizabeth Nelson at Ely these pst", a folded and sealed entire, without postal markings, but with charming contents "My heart could not suffer the Messenger to return from hence without commissioning my Pen to tell you how eagerly it plies every moment to its dear treasure..." some small faults but of great charm and a very rare early surviving letter from the reign of King James II.
