Stamp Boxes and Related Items English Silver Boxes 1910 Chester, novelty coil dispenser and moistener combined in the form of a milk churn by Grey & Co., the stamps dispensed through the slot at the right hand side by turning the handle at top, the moistening pad contained in the pull out drawer at front; a fine and very rare dispenser, this being the first example we have ever seen.
