Transvaal 1898 (19 Mar.) envelope from Johannesburg to "Millwood Gold Fields Knipsud", bearing 1883-93 2d. (defective) cancelled by Johannesburg c.d.s. (an early type with the name only changed in 1887) and showing, on reverse, Kimberley (22.3), Millwood (28.3, Putzel extremely rare) and Cape Town (29.3) c.d.s. An interesting and unusual cover addressed to a gold field not mentioned by Ken Kutz in his handbook "Gold Fever". Photo Estimate £ 250-300
