Niger Coast The Royal Niger Company´s Territories 1899 (June) officer´s unstamped envelope to London showing, on reverse, a fine strike of "the royal niger company,/chartered & limited./post office/burutu." double-framed d.s. in seriffed letters (Sacher Type 10, S.G. Type 4) datestamp for 13 June alongside two London arrival c.d.s. (10.7), the face with Plymouth "1d/620" tax mark corrected below with "T2d" in blue crayon; minor creasing though unusual.
