(3) and 2 1/2d. tied by Accra c.d., showing unframed "too-late" h.s. partly obscured by "opened by/censor./accra." label (an unrecorded type by Martin & Walton) with Geneva arrival datestamp (31.12) on reverse; the envelope with some minor creases.
