Hong Kong Treaty Ports Canton Incoming Mail 1834-35, a group of three Wetmore entires with 1834 (15 Mar.), without postal marking and including, "... Our Government having taken off the restrictions which they had inadvertently placed on British shipping, a brisk trade may be looked to with China, and many vessels are now preparing for that object, though it may yet be difficult to state what may be the immediate effect of the opening of the trade with that country, to which many have so eagery been looking"; 1834 (22 Dec.) entire from Lima without postal marking and with general news including details of someone imprisoned for smuggling hats; 1835 (15 May) entire from Cleveland, Ohio, without postal marking.
