Mongolia Republic 1930 Second Provisional Issue 1931 (11 Feb.) opened-out red band cover to Manchouli bearing vertical pair of 20m. on 2m. cancelled by Ulan Bator c.d.s. type II with large "T" in circle and arrival c.d.s. alongside; the reverse with China 10c. blue Postage Due strip of four tied by Kalgan c.d.s. (1.4) and Manchouli arrival (24.3) and large circular Manchouli censor handstamp in violet. A scarce franking.
