Foreign Post Offices British Post Office China Expeditionary Force British Railway Administration: 1901 (19 May) grey-blue envelope to Tientsin bearing 5c. on 1/2c., surcharge in green-black, tied by circular Tientsin cancellation in purple and used with India "C.E.F." 3p. pair tied by "base office/reg" c.d.s.; the reverse with "f.p.o.no.4" c.d.s. The B.R.A. 5c. was used for the collection of this 5c. late letter fee, and could only be used in combination with C.E.F. stamps. This late fee charge was abolished on 20th May 1901 and the B.R.A. 5c. stamp was withdrawn
