Tieprints Swatow; 1899 (11 Apr.) 1c. first issue stationery card to Germany, uprated with C.I.P. 1c. and 2c. tied by neat strikes of the Swatow Dollar chop (late date) with Hong Kong 4c. grey cancelled by Hong Kong c.d.s. and a fine strike of the type I tieprint, with Potsdam arrival alongside; some tone spotting.
