China Provisional Neutrality Hankow, Nanking and Changsha 16c. olive-green variety overprint misplaced to right, with a very light strike of Nanking City c.d.s.; some light toning, a very scarce stamp used. Signed Livingston. Chan 147a. Photo Estimate HK$ 50,000-60,000 Mencarini recorded of the 200 stamps sold, only 75 were released in Nanking. Very few would have been with this variety.
