IA and LL, both with roulettes complete, tied by London Inland "10" in barred oval cancellations on 1852 (30 Dec.) envelope to Edinburgh and with boxed arrival datestamp on the front; the envelope with scissor cut below the stamps (as if the stamps were about to be removed) and a trifle soiled.
