Malta 1922 Self-Government Keyplates, Watermark Multiple Script CA Two Shillings An example used with 1912 4 1/2d. on 1922 (20 May) envelope registered and insured to Zurich, both tied by G.P.O. c.d.s., marked "109gms" and "Insured for L.40 - Forty Pounds", showing violet registration handstamp, black on red "insured" label with, on reverse, nine large black seals, Siracusa (21.5) and arrival datestamps.
