1837 4 Escudos. VF Details, Cleaned. KM-16. A large and iconic Central American gold piece from the once existent Republic of Central America. Bright from a past cleaning, the detail remains pleasing as the sun and mountaintops show friction and thin scratch on the obverse with detail lacking on the reverse. The flans metal flow is noticeably undulating on the reverse, but no signs exist of the coin being at one time bent and repaired. A rarely seen type that would highlight even the advanced cabinet.
