1829 50 Cents. NGC MS64. O-115, R.1. The surfaces are pebbly and results in luster that shimmers around the devices. Enhancing the appeal is amber-gold and brownish patina that demands the eye´s attention, but does not overwhelm. As is typically seen with the die pairing, the obverse stars are well formed and extend toward the rims. The reverse is also extremely sharp with bold lettering around the edges and sharp central. Because of this, O-115 represents a spectacular example for the type collector.
