Barber Quarter 1910 25 Cents. NGC PR67 Cameo. The mirrors are endless with ample frost on the central devices to merit the coveted cameo designation. Close inspection with a loupe confirms what the eye does immediately; this example is essentially flawless. While this date was typically well cared for, as of May 2008, NGC had only designated 15 examples at this level with 7 finer.
