1819 25 Cents. ANACS XF40 Details, Cleaned. Tan patina traverses both sides of this nicely detailed Bust quarter. Despite a light cleaning in the past, this example remains attractive with little to no evidence of cleaning without the aide of a loupe. Most recently, a whizzed example graded by ANACS with the same details grade sold at Heritage for $805. I would expect to example to perform much better as most collectors would consider cleaning, and a light one at that, the lesser of two evils.
