1864 1 Cent, Copper-Nickel. NGC MS66. Wow! An outstanding premium Gem example, and a condition rarity in this state of preservation. The surfaces to the unaided eye remain as flawless and the day it was made, and attractive maroon patina now graces the surfaces. As one would expect from the grade, the strike has been executed to pinpoint accuracy and beaming luster jumps from the coin. An excellent opportunity for the specialist. NGC Population: 14 in MS66, 0 finer (5/08).
