French Colonies French Territory of the Afars and the Issas, Djibouti 1938-40 5f. red-brown and brown, imperforate block of fifteen (5x3) with the first six impressions complete and then nine impressions of the vignette only, matched with 20f. blue and carmine imperforate block of fifteen (3x5) with the first six impressions complete, the next three with vignette and nearly half of the frame and the lower six with the vignette only, both block with "cote francaise/des somalis/1938" imprint at lower-left, unmounted mint and apparently unique.
