Egypt 1874-75 "Bûlâq" Issue 1876 (9 Oct.) envelope bearing 10pa. grey block of four with variety one stamp tête-bêche, tied by "poste khedevie egiziane zagazig 9/10/76"c.d.s., transit mark "poste egiziane cairo 9/10/76" and arrival mark "poste egiziane alessandria 10/10/76", the stamps have been lifted and hinged into place, tiny spots on stamps and border, vertical file fold and tiny flaw on top.
