Egypt Italian Post Offices 1874 (4 Jan.) envelope to Milan bearing 1863-65 40c. rose (pair, a few stained or short perfs.) with "234" in lozenge of dots cancellation and with "alessandria d´egitto/poste italiane" datestamp alongside, arrival datestamp on reverse, fine.
