Egypt Italian Post Offices 1872 (2 Mar.) registered envelope with attractive Farmacia imprint bearing Egypt 1872-75 1pi. rose-red (2) tied by "v.r. poste egiziane cairo 3/mar/72" c.d.s., carried to Alexandria and there 1863-65 40c. rose (2) affixed and tied by "234" in dots, rare "alessandria d´egitto/poste itale 3/mar/72 consegne" key hole type c.d.s and boxed "racommandato" alongside, addressed to Pesaro with arrival mark and several transit marks on reverse, the envelope truncated at right, fine and very scarce registered mail.
